Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Alexander Hutton packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
